First Through Fourth Grades
The elementary years are an important time to develop a lifelong love of learning. At Clearwater Academy, each student receives individualized programming designed around their skills, needs, and pace of learning.
Our curriculum builds a strong academic foundation in reading, spelling, writing, and mathematics while encouraging students to think independently and master concepts with confidence. Phonics develops strong readers and spellers, while a focus on number sense and mental math prepares students for higher-level mathematics.
Students also experience a well-rounded education through geography, social studies, physical education, art, and other enriching subjects. Character development is woven throughout the program, helping students learn practical principles for making positive choices and becoming responsible, capable individuals.
With field trips, sports, arts, and other activities, our elementary program provides a stimulating and engaging learning experience built around our Goals Oriented Education™ philosophy.

We also place an emphasis on communication, character, independence, and effective study skills. Students learn to apply Study Technology as they become increasingly responsible for their own learning.
Beyond the classroom, students participate in field trips, sports, arts, and other activities that make learning active and engaging. With experienced, highly trained teachers and our Goals Oriented Education™ approach, students develop the skills and confidence they need for continued success throughout their education.
